PotentialSpouse doesn't collect your email by design. That means no in-app password reset and no automated recovery. For anything that needs human help, write to us.

Email us at fedhaly@gmail.com. Include your codename if your question is about a specific account — your codename is the only identity we can look you up by.

  • Lost access to your Google account

    We can mark your codename as deleted so the same Google account can re-register fresh — but the original account is unrecoverable.

  • Reporting abuse not covered by in-app reports

    Use the in-app Report flow first; email us only if it's something the form can't capture.

  • Bug reports / feature requests

    Send a description and the steps to reproduce. Don't include screenshots of someone else's profile.
